  Ask: should "Disney Dads" be told when the mother has a new boyfriend around the child? NOTE: a disney dad is a dad that only takes the kid on the weekends, buys them toys, takes them to mcdonalds playpin/chuckie cheese, and then quickly drops the child back off w/ the mother for the next 6 days. He also feels that child support is his contribution and he is a good dad bcuz he hasn't completely abandoned the child like most.

      E. Moore: Nope that's far from being a dad...I don't think anything should be said around the child unless the mother's bf is someone worth while and that she's serious about. There's no need to introduce the kid to another possible dead beat unless its a serious relationship

      Not picking them up from school.
      Notthe one taking them to school.
      Not helping w/ homework.
      Not going to after school activities.

      It's not always the way it appears. I've seen lots of cases where the dad can only get the kid on weekends because the mom is a cunt or the judge granted it that way. That wouldn't make me a Disney Dad. BUT if we're talkin only about the guys that choose to have it that way... I still feel like they deserve to know about a dude that's around the kid. Unless he's not there AT ALL. u don't have to check in with me about it but I think I deserve to know.

      They choose to only be around the kid on the weekend and nothing more.
      ...once again though, how does he deserve to know?
      He gave up that right.
      For the most part it is the mom getting everything in order when raising the child.
      Arranging the sitter before and/or after school,
      Feeding daily,
      Not being able to do what she wants to do completely because she is being a mother.
      On the flipside, he, disney dad, is chillin throughout the week.
      Doing whatever he wants, providing nothing for the child..other than what he system forces him.
      My things is why wait til the child is around another man until you wanna be around?
      In most cases its not even concern about the child's well being.
      Its bothersome to their ego that the "babymama" has moved on.
      The only way I feel he should know is if he IS "actively involved".
      Not just some weekend dad.
      
      Its annoying the new age's acceptance of piece o shit dads and the privileges ppl allow them.
      You don't normally care about the kid til the weeknd,
      And even then its like pulling teeth for them to be on time to pick em up.

      You choose to only see your kid 1 outta 7 days a week.
      That's 4 outta 30days of the month.
      That's 13-14% of interacting w/ the child in general,

      But I thought it was assumed his integrity of father-ism by "disney dad."
      You know, the dudes that hate watching the kid but only do it because they look or appear like a good dad to their fam.
      Don't know what shit is going on in the child's life.
      Shid, the child will be 17 and they'll still think its favorite place to eat is chucky cheese.
      No real depth nor connection w/ the child, jus what their fav toy maybe.
      
      13% would all be about the child.
      Once they start sharing tht kinda info w/the dad then he'll start doing dumb shit:
      1. Not picking the kid up @ all just so she can't spend quality time alone w/ the bf.
      2. Try and give the dude the "I don't care about what you do to ol girl, but if you touch my child I'll..." speech.
      3. Increase the gifts that he already buys the child.
      4. Try and play w/ the mother's head w/ hopes of getting back w/ her.

      A. Ware: Ok. You're talking about chelle's x and on of yours too. Lol. But those two were less than Disney dads. They're closer to sperm donors than anything that has the word Dad in it. I can't take up for those idiots. I still remember the day that idiot brought her to the car with a gun on his waist like I was supposed to be scared. Baby in his arm.. Gun on the waist.       Disney dad is only around on weekends.
